If you loved Zoo Tycoon and Zoo Tycoon 2, this probably isn't the game for you. It's not that this game is bad, you can tell that time and thought went into creating it. But this was designed more for a consol than a pc and some of what made Zoo Tycoon so engaging has been removed. Visually, it's a pretty game. It's very cohesive and you aren't bound by straight and right angle paths. But that's because the exhibits are pre-made and the game decides where you can put paths. The game takes a lot of the decision making away from you. No blending terrain types, no picking out the plants, no picking your exhibit fences. And no deleting a section of fence to free the lions or t-rex. Which for some people willl be fine, but for me it wasn't. I think the game will better suit those who enjoy challenge mode. If you like sandbox in games like this, you will get bored rather quickly.. This game is repetitive without the ability to be creative in game play. I was bored of it within 1 hour. I loved the old Zoo Tycoons, but I do not recommend this one.. made my character look trans.... im offended. This game would be fun for me if I was able to play it properly. Every single time I start a game, the options for sell\/release to wild\/donate options become bugged and grey out on all animals, making it impossible to play the game properly as all you can do is move animals around. Sometimes if I'm lucky a restart and messing around will reset things so they work properly, but within 10 minutes it's all greyed out again.Impossible to play properly. Not worth wasting you're money on something there is no fix for and no access to support for the game, especially on PC.
